Shower steamers are a great way to transform your shower into an spa aromatherapy session! No need to pay to go to a spa for this experience! Each little shower steamer can last you from 2-5 showers, depending on how long a shower you have and where you place it.

By blending essential oils and other natural ingredients, these small shower steamers create a lovely, therapeutic atmosphere to start your day or end your day. This can impact both your mood and health positively.

I have 3 different aromatherapy fragrances:

1. CALM/SLEEPYTIME – Consists of Rose & Ylang Ylang Essential Oil. Perfect for morning or evening showers to create a relaxing day.

3. BREATHE EASY – Consists of Menthol Eucalyptus Peppermint. Perfect for those with a stuffy nose, or head cold and those wanting to feel energized.

How to use: Remove the shower steamer from the packaging. Place the steamer on a shelf or dish where the water can hit the steamer so it releases the essential oils. Keep it away from the direct stream of water as it will dissolve completely.

Caution: Do not rub on body and it is not to be consumed. Do not use in a bath as this is not a bath bomb. If in contact with eyes, please rinse off with water. If irritation occurs while using, please discontinue use and seek medical advise.
